A full structural steel package built by K Metalwork for a commercial loft buildout: a steel mezzanine that adds a second level, the supporting beams and columns, a steel staircase, and a horizontal-bar steel guardrail — all in a matte black finish to suit the industrial brick-and-timber interior. Engineered for code-compliant load and built with clean, precise connections.
