Arched Ornamental Pedestrian Gate

This single-swing side gate combines traditional wrought iron craftsmanship with durable construction. The arched top features an ornamental scroll panel with flowing curves and leaf details, hand-forged and welded into the frame. Vertical pickets below the decorative panel provide security while maintaining sight lines to the courtyard beyond. The gate was finished in a matte brown powder coat, protecting the ironwork from coastal moisture and UV exposure. Heavy-duty hinges and mounting hardware ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability. The frame construction pairs clean lines with the organic curves of the scroll panel, creating visual interest without overwhelming the Mediterranean-style architecture. Fabricated to integrate seamlessly with the existing stucco wall, the gate mounts flush and includes provisions for automated access hardware. Every weld was ground smooth and all joinery checked for squareness before finishing, ensuring the gate hangs true and operates reliably for years to come.
